We offer surveying services for homeowners, engineers, architects, towns, etc. Read below for a sampling of survey projects.
Boundary Surveys: Perform the research, field work and information analysis necessary to determine the boundaries of your parcel of
land. We will prepare a plan showing the boundaries, property markers and any improvements/buildings existing on the property. If
there are any missing property markers we will set new ones.
Site Plans, Existing or Proposed: We will perform all the necessary field
work and computer drafting in autocad to prepare a plan showing all of the existing and/or proposed improvements on a particular site;
which can then be taken to the Town officials for permitting or to the Engineer/Architect for design.
Topographic Surveys: If you
are planning on improving your site, you may need a plan showing the contour lines depicting the terrain relief of your property.
We will perform the field work and computer drafting in autocad to show the improvements, elevations, drainage patterns and contour
lines of a property.
Lot Line Adjustments: Provide Consulting and prepare a plan that will meet the Town requirements to adjust a
property line; which may require Planning Board representation. This may require a boundary survey and would meet the criteria listed
above.
Division of Land Surveys: Provide Consulting and prepare a plan that will meet the town and state requirements to divide a
piece of property; which may require Planning Board representation. This may require a boundary survey and would meet the criteria
listed above.
Subdivisions: Requirements would include a boundary survey, topographical survey, wetland locations and lot design.
We would provide consultations with you and your engineer for the proper development of your land.
Planning Board Representation: We
can provide professional representation to aid in the presentation of your proposed project to the town planning board.
Zoning Board
Representation: Proper knowledge of the zoning requirements and the understanding of the town zoning boards can be critical to obtain
approvals for appeals and relief from the town’s land use regulations; which we can provide to you.
Elevation Certificates: Understanding
FEMA requirements can be a chore and we can provide the information needed to complete a FEMA elevation certificate or Letter of Map
Amendment (LOMA); which can be used to possibly get flood insurance waived from your property.

We offer services in road right of way determination, existing conditions mapping, construction layout, playground and athletic facility planning and layout, building site location, topography, parking, landfill closure plan assistance, asbuilts and industrial park design and development. We work with many Engineers and utilize compatible computer software for easy transitions.
We have the expertise, personnel and equipment to offer surveying services on projects ranging from shopping centers and subdivisions including parking, topography, drainage, sewage disposal, traffic and environmental impact to small one lot site plans.
We prepare and present planning and zoning board presentations as needed for proper approvals. We also provide A.L.T.A. surveys for commercial properties in New Hampshire and Maine.
